Frequently Asked Questions

01.

What happens if it rains?

Florida weather can be unpredictable, but we'll do our best to keep the celebration going! Depending on the conditions, we can wait for the weather to pass, adjust your event time, or relocate to an available indoor space. While all bookings are non-refundable, if weather prevents your event from taking place and no alternative arrangements are possible, we can offer a credit valid for up to two years or discuss a partial credit on a case-by-case basis.

02.

How far in advance should I book?

The sooner, the better! We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season and holidays. Last-minute availability may be possible, so don't hesitate to reach out!

03.

What should we bring?

Just yourselves and your favorite beverages! We take care of the setup, styling, and cleanup. For beach bonfires, we recommend bringing a light jacket on cooler evenings.

04.

Can we bring alcohol?

Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your favorite beverages. Just remember, glass is not permitted on the beach. Transfer all alcohol in glass bottles to plastic or beach permitted containers before arriving. Looking for an elevated experience? Add one of our signature mobile bars with a professional bartender!

05.

Are there additional fees for certain beach locations?

Some beach locations may require additional permits, access fees, or special arrangements. These fees vary depending on the location and type of experience. Our team will review any applicable fees with you before booking so there are no surprises!

06.

Is gratuity included in the price?

Gratuity is not included in our pricing but is always appreciated! While never required, tips are a wonderful way to show appreciation for our hardworking team who help bring your experience to life.

07.

Why is there an additional charge for globe lights on Bonfires?

Our beautiful globe lighting adds an extra touch of magic to your beach bonfire! However, local regulations require a special event permit for artificial lighting on the beach. The additional fee covers the required permitting.

08.

Can you set up directly in front of our vacation rental?

In some cases, yes! This depends on the property's beach access, location, local regulations, and any applicable community restrictions.

Share your rental address with our team, and we'll help determine the best available setup location.
